DPR-50 Technical Specification Change Request :Io. h7 Enclosed are three signed originals (sixty conformed copies sent separately) of Technical Specification Change Request No. h7, requesting amendment of Operating License No. DPR-50. As a part of this request, a proposed replace-ment page for Appendix A is enclosed. We are also enclosing a report entitled

" Spent Fuel Fool Modification Description and Safety Analysis", which provides information in support of the change request and a second report entitled

" Spent Fuel Pool Modification Environmental Impact Evaluation" for your review.

In addition, we have attached one signed copy of a Certificate of Service of Technical Specification Change Request !!o. h7 to the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.

Approval of this change request by May 1,1977, is necessary in order to maintain the installation schedule outlined in the enclosed report.
