Dear Mr. Aurbey:
This letter is to confirm our plans to meet with you and your colleagues on October 16, 1979, to discuss the NRC's regulatory program for protection of the public health and safety, specifically as it relates to the Commonwealth Edison Company Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Station.
The meeting will be a. 9i00 a.m.
(nominally one hour) in the Rock Island County Building. While the meeting is intended to be informal, we have prepared a tentative agenda which is enclosed. We hope this meeting will be informative for you; please note that we have allotted a portion of the time for questions and answers.
