This supplenental Agreement in issued pursuant to the " Limitation of Cost" clause j
.:o provide for a cost growth above the estimated cost specified in the contract, in accordance with Technassociates' letter-dated September 25, 1979. Accordingly, the following changes to the subject centract are effected by this modification:
I 1.
Article I, SCOPE OF WORK. Paragraph C, Task 1, Page 3 of the subject contract, the following sentence is deleted in its entirety: "Within a period of fifteen (15) d ys after submission of the Task i deliverables, the NRC will provide cocr::ents and/or approval of such deliverables." The following is substituted in lieu thereof: "Within a period of twenty-one (21) da/s after submission i
of the Task i deliverables, the NRC will provide comments and/or approval ~

Article III, CONSIDERATION, Paragraph 1 is deleted in its entirety. The following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of Phase I of this centract will be $122,439.0C of which the sum of S112,919.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which S9,520.00 represents the fixed fee."
