92:00275/79-01 NOTICE OF DEVIATION Criterion XVIII of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50 states in part, "... Followup action, including reaudit of deficient areas, shall be taken where in-dicated."

QA Manual Supplement II, Section 23.0, Quality Audits, states in part,

"... The Auditor (s) will re-audit any items requiring corrective action at cae month intervals until the defect has been corrected....

Audit reports, written replys, etc., shall be kept on file in the Quality Assurance Department."

Contrary to the above, reaudits had not been made of the deficiencies identified in audit reports A.F.R. numbers 21 and 22, dated August 15, 1978.
