Dear Mr. Muller:
In the course of clarifying the intent of the Environmental Technical Specifications with the AEC staff, several questions arose from Metropolitan Edison plant staff.
On April 8,1974, a meeting between Metropolitan Edison personnel and Regulatory personnel resolved the follcwing points:
1.
Metropolitan Edison will meet all the objectives of the Environmental Technical Specifications if all of the specifications in the Environmental Technical Specifica-tions are met.
2.
Metropolitan Edison Company would like to change tne radio-logical waste monitoring Sr-89 frequency of analysis to a frequency consistant with the Sr-90 analysis.

Sr-89 analysis from a month y composite to a quarterly composite analysis.
