Docket No. 50-289 Operating License No. DPR-50 Nonroutine 30-Day Environmental Report 75-02 In accordance with 5.6.2b(h) of the Environmental Technical Specifications forourThreeMileIslandNuclearStationUnit1(TMI-1),weare(submitting notification of a measured level of radioactive =aterial which exceeded four times the control station ve.lue for a monthly composite of veekly grab samples representing the period June 6, through June 28, 1975.)
We vould like to point out that the level of radioactivity assceisted with this sample was less than 1/1000 of the Maximum Permissible Concentration limit stated in 10CFR20 for members of the public. Her:e, at no time was the health and safety of the nublic threatened by the radiological condition of the river as indicated by this samnle.
We trust that the submission of this report satisfies the reporting require-ments referenced above and adequately ansvers any concerns you may have.
