DPR-50 issued to Ferropolitan Edison Co=pany, Jersey Central Power and Light Conpany, and Pennsylvania Electric Co=pany which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the Three Mile Island Nucicar Station, Unit No. 1, located in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
The a= enc =ent is effective as of its date of 1ssuance.
The a=cnd=ent revises the Technical Specifications to establish operating limits for THI-l as reloaded for cycle 2 operation based upon an acceptable E=ergency Core Cooling Syste= evaluation =odel confor=ing to the recuire=ents of 10 CFR 50.46, and ter=inates the operating restrictions i= posed by the co-4 ssion's Dece=ber 27, 1974 Order for Modification of License.
The applications for the crend=cnt co= ply with the standards and require =ents of the Ato ic Energy Act of 1954, as a= ended (the Act), and the Co.__issien's rules and regulations.

No request for a hearing or petition for
. leave to intervene was filed following notice of the proposed acticn.
The Co==ission has prepared an environ = ental 1 pact appraisal for the revised Technical Specifications and has concludcd that an environ = ental impact statetent for this particular action is not warranted because there vill be no environ = ental i= pact attributable to the actica other than that which has already been predicted and described in the Co-~4ssion's Final Environ = ental State =ent for the Three idle Island Fuelcar Station, L' nit No.1, issued in Decc=ber 1972, and that a negative declaration to this effcet is appropriate.
For further details with respect to this action, see (1) the applications for accudnent dated August 8,1975, as supported by filings dated July 9 and 15,1975, and October 23, 1975; and January 13, 1976, as amended February 11, 1976, and April 2, 1976, and supported by f111 css dated January 23, 1976, April 5 and 8, 1976, (2) Amend:ent No.
17 to License No. DPR-50, (3) the Co==ission's related Safety Evaluation, and (4) the Coc=ission's Environmental I= pact Appraisal'.
