Dear 11r. Ippolito:
By letter dated September 20, 1979, the NRC License Fee Management Branch requested payment of a Class III fee for the District's September 5, 1979 submittal of the subject Plan. Based on the preliminary determination that the olan involves consideration of a single safeguards issue, enclosed is payment in the amount of S4,000.
It is understood that if after final review of the subject Plan it is determined that it was incorrectly classified, the District will be reimbursed any overpayment.
