Appendix A Northwest Airlincs License No. 22-12080-01 Based on the inspection conducted on June 22, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. The follcwing item is an infraction.
Condition 16 of your license requires that licensed material be possessed and used in accordance with the statements, representations, and procedures contained in your letter dated November 30, 1978.
The Radiation Safety Procedures referenced in this letter state that a weekly survey of the isotope storage area will be performed by the Radiation Protection Officer.
Contrary to this requirement, weekly surveys of the storage area were not performed between November,1978 and the date of this inspection.
