ws We raspectfully request that condition 5(b)(iii) of certificate of compiiance No. U.S.A./9081/B( ) be amended to raad as folicws:
" Greater than Type A quantities of byproduct material contained in process solids either deaatered, solid, or solidified in secondary sealed contairers" In support of this request we are submitting a censolidated Safety Analysis Report which addresses the additi:n of an impact limiter designed to absorb the energy associated with a 30 foot corner drco onto the lid.
In accordance witn the provisions of 10F' 170.?? (ll'(C).ve are er.-
closing our check in the amount of $ 3,500, tre majcr amendment fee.
