Corrective Action:
As indicated above, all failed sheII type anchors wa re newdl a t e ly rept <ed and test ed..
Because of the large number or falInres in this a re i. test ing of the remaining bolt s annociated. wit h these horizont al mischar p lat es will be perforward.
All failed anchors will be replace.f.
It is expected that this work can be completed within two weeks.
