TOLEDO EDISON CCEPANY DAVIS-BESSE I DOCKET NO. 50-346 Based upon our inspection efforts, we have verified that Toledo Edison Company has modified the protective circuitry to provide breaker coordina-tiori and isolation of the onsite electrical system to permit the required Class 1E equipment to operate in the event of off site grid degradation in accordance with their sub:aittal of July 18,1977 (Serial Number 293) to J. E. Stoltz from L. E. Roe. This submittal to NRR was made in accordance to the requirement of Facility Operating Licenso No. NPF-3 condition 2.C.
(3) (q).
This infor=ation should be transmitted to NRR so that condition 2.C. (3) (q) of the licenso can be amended.
