IE Bulletin No. 79-03, " Longitudinal Weld Defects in ASME SA-312 Type 304 Stainless Steel Pipe Spools Manufactured by Youngstown Welding and Engineering Company"; March 12, 1979 Clinton Power Station Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-461 and 50-462 Construction Permits No. CPPR-137 & CPPR-138 Illinois Power Company will inform you in accordance with the referenced IE Bulletin 79-03 of any ASME SA-312 Type 304 stainless steel piping manufactured by Youngstown Welding and Engineering Company in safety related systems by December 31, 1979.
At that time we will also describe our intended action.
