Dear Mr. O' Reilly:

SUBJECT:

General Electric has issued a Field Deviation Disposition Recuest (FDDR) calling for changes in wire and cable lists.

Consequently, all terminscion cabinet panels at the site are being reviewed against as-shipped drawings.

We expect to submit the findings of this review in a final report by August 31, 1979.

Yours truly, y
