INTERIM REPORT 11 Report for Period Ending May 22, 1979 m

. Interim Report 8 covering the 90 day period ending August 22, 1978, re-ported the cot::pletion of all tests up to 70" of plant load.
Since the Nuclear Regulatory Cor::=ission did not release the plant for operations at power levels in excess of 70*, no further Initial Approach to Power Tests were performed during the 90 days ending May 22, 1979.
Future interim reports will report the results of any startup tests.
