7590-01 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION UNION OF CONCERNED SCIENTISTS' PETITION FOR REANALYSIS OF THE CAPACITY OF OPERATING U. S. NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS TO WITH-STAND EARTHOUAKES Notice is hereby given that by petition dated March 28, 1979, the Union of Concerned Scientists requested that the Cocmission order all 1.icensees of operating reactors to perform seismic reanalysis within 120 days of the Commission's order. This request is being treated under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations, and accordingly, action will be taken on the request within a reasonable time.
