. _0 u a l i t y Assurance Procran The management of Ultrasonic Sp e c i a li s t s, Inc. establishes and inplements this QA Program.
Training, prior to engagement, for all QA functions is required according to written p rocedu re s.
Q A Program revisions will be made according to written procedures with management approval.
The Q A Program will ensure that all de fined Q A p rocedu res, engineering p rocedu res, and specific p rovis ion s o f the package design ap p ro v a l are sa ti s fi ed.
The 0 \\ P rogram will emp h ts i /e control of the c harac te r -
istics of the pa^Lage w hic h are critical ta safety.
The Radiation Safety Officer shall assure that all radioictive naterial s hipp i ng packages are designed and manufactured under a U -\\ P r o q r a m approved by Nuclear Regul atory Conmission for all packages cesigned of fabricated after
