Reference 7 stated that the required analysis, to confirm that the reactor building spray piping supports (anchors) are within the ASME Section III Code allowable stresses, was completed except for six anchors in each unit. For these anchors, the actual time history water hammer loading curves have been applied to more closely provide the actual loadings that would be experienced by the anchors. I'IT Grinnell indicated that the results of this effort have shown these anchort to be within Code requirements. However, the final ITT Grinnell reports have yet to be procesced through the Bechtel Engineering review cycle.

Another report, either interim or nnal, will be sent on or before May 1, 1979
