Docket Nos. 50-443, 50-444 Gentlemen-A correction should be made to the "NRC Staff Proposed Appeal Board Decision" dated February 9,1979.
On page 56 the first sentence to the second paragraph should read:
In making the environmental comparison, Staff did not credit the environmental impacts of con-struction which have already occurred at Seabrook to the advantage of Seabrook in comparison to the alternative sites.
The underlined words were erroneously left out of the original findings.
