This submittal contains the responses to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Environmental Review Questions as received in letters from Ronald L. Ballard, Chief Environmental Projects Branch 1, dated September 22, 1978 and November 30, 1978.

In addition therero, the Company is submitting three (3) copies each of the documents listed in Attachment I to this letter in accordance with NRC Procedure RPOP 514, Revision 2.
