As requested in a telephone call from your Mr. Philip Polk of January 16, 1979, enclosed please find a check in the amount of $4,000 as the filing fee per 10 CFR 5170.22, for the subject item (Class III, MSIV Leakage Requirement), which the Authority pays under protest pending a final determination of the legality of the fee schedule.
The quick response of the NRC to the Authority's urgent request for the subject amendment is appreciated.
