Inventory Schedule

Dear Sir:

Our Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP),

Section 5.1, says we will hold a physical inventory starting on the Wednesday preceding the next-to-the-last Thursday in December; December 20, 1978, in this case.

Conflicting events during this week may make it difficult for r to perform the inventory at this time.

We request permission to delay the inventory by one week, until December 27.

This would be 63 days after the start of the previous inventory.

The subcequent inventory in February will be held on the regularly scheduled date.

You will find enclosed a check for $150 (check no. 076767) as required for an administrative fee.

Your attention and help in this matter is appreciated.
