NOTICE OF APPEAL The Potomac Alliance ("the Alliance"), pursuant to 10 CFR S2.714a, notices its appeal from the " Amended Order and Recommendation on Petitions for Leave to Intervene" issued by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the above-captioned matter on December 19, 1978.
The Alliance bases its appeal upon the grounds described in its Brief in Support of Appeal, which is being filed simultaneously.
