Reference is made to Certificate of Compliance # USA /9006/B()P issued to Automation Industries, Inc., Kimberton Road, Route 113 South, Phoenixville, Pa. 19460.
The package referred to is an Iridium-192 source changer and transfer tube assembly, model #500 SU.
It is requested that Argonne National Laboratory, a contractor for the U.S.
Department of Energy, be authorized as a shipper under the same terms and condi-tions as listed in the referenced Certificate of Compliance.
Please supply a reproducible copy of this Certificate of Compliance and it's revisions with your letter of confirmation of registration.
