ORDER As indicated in footnote 1 of our Order Re: Action Taken At Special Prehearing Conference, Mr. David Marke informally sent a mail-gram to the Board on flovember 17, 1978 and the contents thereof were read into the record at transcript pages 678-679. Mr. Marke's request for an extension of time is granted to the extent that his submission shall be filed no later than January 19, 1979.
Good cause appears to have been alleged for-his failure-to attend the special prehearing conference and to timely file his submission.
