The Coc:nission has issued the enclosed krendment tio.13 to Facility License !!o. R-66 for your pool-type research reactor.
The aic.cadrant consists of changes to the license and its appended Technical Specifications in response to your applications dated December 11 and 18, 1978.
This amendment (1) changes a Technical Specification requirement relating to the exit manhole hatch cover and (2) changes the license to authorize the receipt, use and possession of 1.0 gram cf the byproduct "aterial neptunium 237.
The Safety Evaluation related to Item 1, above, contains information pertaining to the physical security of the facility, and is therefore withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d).
The Safety Evaluation related to Item 2, above, has been rade available for public inspection, and a copy is enclosed.
