no: Changes to Operating License No. NPF-2 Technical Specifications Alabama Power Company proposes the attached changes to Joseph !!.
Farley ;;uclear Plant Operating License I;o. NPF-2 Technical Specifications involving addition of overpressurization mitigating system specifications.
The Plant Operations Review Committee and the Nuclear Operations Review Board have reviewed the proposed changes and have determined that the changes do not involve an unreviewed safety question as shown in the attached safety evaluation.
The overpressurization mitigating system was required by the NRC in a letter f rom Mr. John F. Stolz to !!r. Alan R. Barton dated December 29,,
1976.
Since this was prior to the Technical Specification change fee re-quirement in 10 CFR 170, no fee should be necessary.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30(c)(1)(1), three (3) signed originals and thirty-seven (37) additional copics of these proposed changes are en-closed.
