On August 16, 1978, we transmitted to you our check in the amot....
of $31,824.00 for the indemnity fee on license number NPF-2, for Alabama Power Company, for the one year period July 2C, 1978 through July 19, 1979. This payment was based on $12.00 per MRT.
It is our understanding that this fee has been reduced to $6.00 per MWT, ef-fective January 1, 1979.
Based on the above information, we are requesting a refund check from January 1, 1979 through July 19, 1979. We estimate thfs re-fund to be approximately $8,763.00.
We would appreciate a prompt reply to this request.
