Subj ect: Vermont Yankee Inservice Inspection Report In accordance with Article IWA-6000 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, we hereby rubmit the Vermont Yankee Inservice Inspection Exanination Report. This report describes the inservice examinations performed during the period July 12, 1978 through October 7, 1978, which includes the recent refueling outage and unscheduled shutdown of July 1, 1978.
