B-32 AMENDMENT NO. 12 Effective Indemnity Agreement No. B-32, between Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated September 28, 1966, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows: Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor: Item 4 - Location All of the premises, including the land and all buildings and structures, of Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company's nuclear electric generating plant, shown as being within the fence outlined in heavy dark lines on a reduced and partially reproduced copy (attached hereto and made a part hereof) of drawing 10899-FY-IN (Revision 19), dated June 20, 1978. The location also includes both the discharge canal that runs southerly from tne fenced area to the Connecticut River and the 345 KV switchyard that is located approximately one-half (1/2) mile northeast of the fenced area. The Connecticut Yankee plant is located in the town of Haddam, Middlesex County, Connecticut.
