Dear Mr. Ippolito:

The subject report was transmitted to the NRC by the General Electric Company by letter from L. J. Sobon to V. Stello dated December 28, 1978. This r. port provides informatioa required to define the hydrodynamic loads produced an the containment system of Mark I plants during postulated loss-of-coolant ateidents, safety / relief valve discharges, and related dynamic events. Since thir report will be utilized in support of the Cooper Nuclear Station containment evaluation program, we would like to request that the subject report be included on NRC Docket No. 0-298 for Cooper Nuclear Station.
