(2) Citation of the negotiation authority pursuant to which the order is negotiated.

(3) Applicable Appropriation and Accounting Data and special invoicing instructions where applicable.

The Contracting Officer will promptly notify the contractor of action to be taken with respect to such order.

Article XI - MODIFICATION OF BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT The agreement may be modified at any time by mutual agreerent of the parties.

Article Xil - MODIFICATION OF BASIC ORDERING AGREEJiENT This agreement shall be revised at least annually prior to the anniversary of its effe::ive date to assure conformance with all requirements of law and pertinent regulations and shall be revised, if necessary, to conform thereto.
