EXPENDITURES AND COMMITMENTS WISCONSIN UTILITIES PROJECT HAVEN NUCLEAR PLANT DOCKET 05-CE-3 We submit herewith the monthly report of information with respect to expenditures and commitments in connection with the Wisconsin Utilities' proposed Haven Nuclear Plant.

As we stated in our last monthly report dated December 28, 1979, subsequent periodic reports of expenditures and commitments will be submitted on a quarterly, rather than a monthly, basis. The next report in the Haven docket will be submitted in April 1980 and will cover expenditures during the first calendar quarter of 1980. If this method of reporting is not acceptable, please notify us at your earliest convenience.

The information contained in this submittal is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
