Dear Mr. Seyf rit :
This is to advise you that submittal of the final report for subject deficiency will be delayed due to additional time required for completion of corrective action.
Installation of the i=peller locking device modification kit was completed for one LPSI pu=p, and installation of same on the second LPSI pump has been rescheduled for completion in April, 1980.
Submittal of the final report for this deficiency will not be accomplished until May 1, 1980, rather than January 31, 1980, as previously identified in Reference 2.
