From conversations with friends and neighbors following\\,the TMI-2 accident, the greatest fear appeared to be cataclysmic ev'ent which would greatly damage life and property.
The.next most common fear was for long-term effects on children.
There was some concern among dairy farmers concerning adverse publicity and milk sales due to publicity of radioactive iodine measurer.ents. and reports.
