Enclosed is our input to your proposed revisions (ref. 7 above) to '4PP-2 to License SNM-950. We have taken the liberty to type your submittal and in turn inserted our recommendations (see italicized type).

In supoort of our recommenuai. ions, we further enclose a listing of each GE-VNC change and the justification underlying the change.

He feu. the enclosed, coupled with our prior plan submittal (ref. 6 above), is in keening with privious discussions with Mr. Blaylock and other NRC staff members (ref. 5 above).

Should you and Mr. Partlow find our input acceptable, we request advance notice crior to its -rcrmal publication.
