Amendment MPP-1 to License SNM-368 was revih d on September 26, 1979, in response to your July 13, 1979 sucmissicn of revisions to your Physical Protection Plan, as originally submitted February 14, 1979.
An amendment fee of $3,500 was paid fer the review and approval of the submission.
In accordance with Fcetnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures recuired for the review of the subject application for amendment, and tne actual review fee is $874.
We have notified our Office of the Controller to refund $2,626 to you.
