Dear Mr. Keppler:
On Decenber 27, 1979, Detroit Edison's Mr. L. A. Walker, Site Project Puality Assurance Engineer, telephoned Mr. F.J. Jacionski o' NRC Region III to report on a reduced floor load in the Reactor Auxiliary BuildPig at the Femi 2 Site.
The problem results from cut rebar.
So far, it has been decermined that 12 slabs are affected. Detroit Edison Engineering is presently analyzing the severity of the problem. A final report will be submitte,d to jou by May *23, 1980.
