CORRECTIONS TO AAMODT RESIONSE TO NRC FIRST SET OF INTERROGA'IORIES Intervenor requests permission to make the following changes in AAMODT RESIONSE TO FIRST SET OF NRC STAFF INTERROGATORIES TO IETERV serviced January 15, 1980. Norman O. Aamodt who is co-intervening with Marjorie M. Aamodt has been on an extended business trip. Discussions have been carried on by telephone with more haste than intervanors were able to cope. Intervenor, therefore, asks permission to make the following corrections and additions:

Fage 3 - " Con'tention 6" should read: Contention 8 relates to radwaste.

Added should be:

rnntention 6 relates to radioactive plumes. Witnesses expected to

~

be called are an expert in meteorology from the I ational Ocean and Atmospheric Administration, Washington, D. C. and Thomas Gerusky, Director, Bureau of Radiation Protection, Harri, sburg, Penn sylvania.

Documents to be used include WASH 74C B Rev., Brookhaven Report, TDR-TMI 116 (Rev. 0 7/31/79), Dr. Jan Beyea "Some long Term Consequences of Hypothetical Major Releases of Radioactivity to the Atmosphere from TMI", NUREG 0600, 0616.

Iage 3: " Contentions 6 and 11, part A have been deferred."

should be corrected to read: Contentions 9 and 11, part 1 have been deferred.

Intervenor failed to note in response to interrogatories that Contentions 3 through 6 are deferred until the Board rules on accept-ability, bu.t were answered for reasons explained in letter to the Board, dated January 15, 1960.

The information contained in these corrections and additions is true and correct to the best knowledge of intervenor, "arjorie M. Aamodt.

Respectfully submitted, I causms r. runn, NOTW PUBUC pg ct 9 l b ( / k. O y[A#- .MarjkrieM.Aamodt
