This is to notify you, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 71.12, that we will be using the Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. CNSI 7-100 radio-active materials shipping cask at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 for delivery of radioactive materials to a carrier for transport. The package identification nurrber for this modal cask :s USA /9113/A.
The Point Beach Nuclear Plant is licensed for operation under Facility Operating Licenses CPR-24 and DPR-27.
In ccepliance with 10 CFR 71.12 a copy of the Certificate of Compliance with amendments pertaining to this cask is available at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
