Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 IE Bulletin 79-18 The response to I.
E.Bulletin 79-18 was due on December 21, 1979, per our letter of December 4, 1979 (GQL 1471).
The action requested in items 1, 2 and 3 have been completed and are currently being formalized for transmittal to your office. The responses to these items will be submitted by January 4, 1980.
The time table for completion of the corrective action, as requested per item 4, has not been completed.
We request an extension to submit the response to item 4 until January 31, 1980.
The bulletin allows the response to be submitted 30 days after startup, consequently, our extension request for TMI-l is within these guidelines.
