Dear. Mr. Rawl:
By application dated November 29, 1979, Technical Operations, Inc., requested renewal of the Macels Nos. 741 and 741E packages.
The application also requested that the package designs be issued an IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority as Type B(U) packages.
Based upon our review of the application, we have concluded that the packages (Models Nos. 741 and 741E) authorizbd by NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9027 meet the IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.
