Dear Mr. Rawl:
By application dated November 20, 1979, Technical Operations Incorporated requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9035 for the Model No. 680 and 680E packages. The application also requested that the package designs bc issued an IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority as Type B(U) packages.
Based upon our review of the application, we have concluded that the packages (Models 680 and 680E) authorized by NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9035 meet the IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.
