Inspection 79-01 This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr P. Jennan of this office on November 14, 1979 of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. SNM-47, SNM-1460 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Jennan with yourself and Messrs. Bober and Felice of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your licenses as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and reguiations and the conditions of your licenses.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, ueasurements made by the inspector, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance brought to your attention in a letter dated July 31, 1978.
We have no further questions regarding your action at this time.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC': " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Raj ulations, a copy cf this letter will be placed in the Public Docunent Room.
