In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.109, it is requested that an extension of Certificate of Compliance o.
9022 be issued for a period of six (6) months pending receipt, review, and approval of a consolidated license renewal application.
As required by 10 CFR 170.31 (11) (c) a check in the amount of $150 is enclosed for the administrative license renewal fee.
To permit receipt and re-validation of the associated IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority prior to the expiration date of January 31, 1980 it is requested that the extension of Certificate 9022 be issued by December 21, 1979.
