Dear Mr. Rawl:
By application dated September 27, 1979, Technical Cperations Incorporated requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9028 for the Model No. 684 and 684E packages.
The application also requested that the package designs be issued an IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority as Type B(U) packages.
Based upon our review of the application, we have concluded that the packages (Models 684 and 684E) authorized by NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 9028
- meet the IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.
