Dear Mr. Mc Clintock:

With reference to your letter of October 24, 1979, I wish to report the following.

St. Mary's Hospital has implanted one nuclear powered pacemaker approximately 2 1/2 years ago. Since that time, no additional im-plants have been perfomed and we do not plan to utilize nuclear powered pacemakers in the future. Therefore, we do not wish to renew our license - #SNM-M 81.

Thank you for your prompt response to my discussion with Mr. F.

Costello.

If further information is required, kindly feel free to contact me.

Sincerely, s
