k'ONI Federal Register Notice 7b NUCLEAR REGULATCRY C04 MISSION ADVISORY C04MITTEE ON REACICR SAFEGUARDS SUSC04MITTEE CN RELIABILITY AND PRCSASILISTIC ASSESSMENT Notice of Meeting In accordance with the purposes of Sections 29 and 182 b. of the Atomic Energy Act (42 U.S.C. 2039, 2232 b.) the ACRS Subcoc=ittee on Reliability and Probabilistic Assessment will meet on Noveder 6-7, 1979 in noom 1046, 1717 H St., N.W., Washington, DC.

Bis meeting will ce closed to the public at the request of foreign governments to insure the security of infor ation considered confidential and provided only on the basis that it will be protected from public disclosure.

Be agenda for this meeting will be as follows:

Tuesday, November 6, 1979:

8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

Wednesday, Noveder 7,1979:

1:00 p.m until conclusion of business.

We Succommittee will meet in closed sessions with its consultants and representatives of the Federal Republic of Germany Reactor Safety Committee (FPGRSK), the Federal Republic of France Groupe Permanent Reactors (FEFGPR), the Electricite de France (EDF), and the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UFAEA) to discuss the development and use of p ssible quantitative risk assessnent criteria for nuclear gwer reactors.

I have determined in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of Public Law 92-463 that it is necessary to close this meeting to insure the security of infor.ation identified and supplied by foreign governments as confidential (5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (1)).
