'Ite ACRS R actor Safety Research Subcommittee will hold a meeting on hovember 6-7, 1979, in Room 1046, 1717 H St., N.W., Washington, DC 20555 to discuss preparation of the ACES Annual Report to Congress on the NRC Reactor Safety Research Program. Notice of this meeting was published September 20, 1979 (44 FR 54559). This meeting will be closed to the public.
Tc.e agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows:
Tuesday, November 6,1979 - 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
'Vednesday, November 7, 1979 - 1:00 c.m. until conclusion of business.
The Subcornittee will meet in closed sessions to ;.old discussions with representatives of the NRC Staff, and their consultants, regarding items certinent to the ACRS review.
In addition the Subec=mittee will meet in closed Executive Session to exchange their preliminary opinions regarding preparation of a draft report to be submitted to the ACRS.
I have determined, in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of Public !.aw 92-463, that it is necessary to close these sessions to protect information, the prerature disclosure of which might significantly frustrate implementation of proposed action (5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (9)).
