[2 / 7g NUCLEAR REGUIMY COT 4ISSIOt1 ADVISCRY CCMMI'ITEE ON REACIOR SAFEI3UARDS PROCEDURES AND Ar!4INISTRATICN SUSCOMITTEE Notice of Meeting We ACRS Procedures and Administration Subcommittee will hold an open meetirq on December 5, 1979 in Room 1010, 1717 H St., NW, Washington, DC 20555.
In accordance with the procedures outlined in the Federal Register on October 1,1979, (44 FR 56408), oral or written statements may be presented by members of the public, recordings will be permitted only during those,cortions of the meeting when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked only by members of the Subcocmittee, its consultants, and Staff. Persons desiring to make oral statements should notify the resignated Federal Employee as far in advance as practicable so that appropriata arrangements can be made to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.
The agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows:
Wednesday, December 5,1979 1:30 p.m. until the conclusion of business.
'Ihe Subcomittee will discuss recommendations of the President's Com-mission on the Accident at Three Mile Island relating to ACRS activities and proposed ACRS comments regarding the nuclear regulatory process.
